Kelly is originally from Raleigh, NC. After graduating from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy, she completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Indiana University Health and a PGY2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency at St. Joseph’s/Candler. Prior to joining Duke Health, Kelly worked with Prisma Health Primary Care in Columbia, SC as a clinical pharmacist managing patients with diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CAD, and on anticoagulation. She is passionate about helping patients take control over their own health journeys.
