I am a clinical dietitian with experience in rehabilitative care and inpatient intensive care for adult and pediatric patients. I obtained my Master's Degree from North Carolina Central University. I enjoy spending time talking about all things related to food, especially when the topic revolves around seasonal fruits and veggies at the farmers markets. I am especially passionate about supporting breastfeeding moms and ensuring our patients have the access to the nutrition support they need. When I am not talking about food, I enjoy spending time with my family grilling out on the back porch.

I am a clinical dietitian with a background in cardiovascular and pulmonary patient care. I moved to North Carolina in 2017 and completed my masters at North Carolina Central University. I am passionate about helping people make sustainable changes and talking about food and nutrition science. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes and cooking techniques, hiking, and spending quality time with loved ones.

I have been a Dietitian for the past 25 Years. I am passionate about nutrition, and I love working with people. What we put in our body can really impact our lives. Food is fuel, but good food is power. Treat your body with the respect it deserves by nourishing your whole self.

I love being outside and being active. I enjoy walking my dogs and take pride in my health and theirs. Just like food, activity can set the stage for a lifetime of feeling well. Mindset is everything, so empower your body, mind, and soul. Live Well.
